Tonic wins online campaign for WHICH?
Which?, the UK’s largest consumer body, has launched an online campaign to stimulate the debate about Britain’s banking system. The registered charity, which has more than 650,000 members, appointed Tonic – part of College Group to create a “Future of banking commission” micro-site.
The project has brought together MPs, banks and the general public to establish an independent banking Commission.
This forum will provide a platform for people to voice concerns about banking, listen to industry perspectives, and subsequently make recommendations to establish a reformed banking system which serves the needs of ordinary people and the wider interests of society.
Featuring user-generated content, online questionnaires and polls, the micro-site will actively engage users with the main purpose of encouraging people to participate and contribute with their own experiences and stories. This information will then be collated and shared directly with the Commission, which will use it to build reports.
The ultimate goal of this project – which has launched from the www.which.co.uk website – is to restore public trust and confidence in the banking system.
Executive Creative Director, Ranzie Anthony said: “This exciting campaign builds on our previous social media campaign for Which? that aims to keep banking firmly on the agenda at the forthcoming general election.”

Tonic win an IVCA Clarion award for Shelter interactive film

We have won a Clarion Award by the International Visual Communication Association for our interactive film for charity Shelter.
The film poses a real challenge. What would you do if you had no job, your flat was so damp it was making your child ill, the landlord was evicting you for requesting repairs, and council house waiting lists meant there was no chance of a new home? Have a look
It was great to collaborate with Seefood - a great production agency who really understand interactive media.
